In this Traveltalk series short, we visit a region in Guatemala where the native Indian tribes live like their ancestors, without using most of the benefits of modern man. They not only grow their own vegetables and catch animals to eat, they also cultivate the plants they need to weave fabrics and make natural dyes from various berries and seeds.

Turn-of-the-century Naples. Salvatore Ruotolo and his wife are murdered and their bodies are found in different locations. This movie reunites most of the members of the Cleaver clan, Wally, June, and of course, the Beaver. Their father Ward has passed away. Wally's married to Mary Ellen and a successful lawyer and has everything to make his life complete except for a child. The Beaver is married but unfortunately is still the same which is why his wife threw him out. With nowhere else to go, he goes home. And he also decides that he wants to raise his children, in his hometown of Mayfield. His wife, who decides that she hasn't done anything in her life, decides to become a veterinarian, but she can only go to school out of the country, so she let's Beaver have the children. So he brings his sons there and they are not exactly impressed with Mayfield and feel that they were dumped there, and bond more with Wally than with their own father. They also have to deal with Eddie Haskell, who has gone from nasty to crooked. It's a good thing they still have their mom.

Fifteen-year-old Sarah is at a crisis point in her life — she has to cope with deafness, her mother's boyfriend, peer group acceptance and an increasing sexual awakening.

But as his success in the art world grows, Julian loses touch with the artist he truly desires to be, and his personal life soon tailspins out of control.

The film navigates this aftermath observing the signs of an evacuated civilisation. Marine life is represented in murals and as forms of architectural ornamentation. A dolphin remains still, joyfully stuck in mid air, turned to stone. In contrast to constant life and movement underwater, the other side remains still, quiet, and solid in a concrete-made world. Occasionally, the voices projected from the speakers interrupt these silences to make announcements to visitors. The humans are gone but diverse life forms fill the architectural spaces they left behind. It’s as if amongst this absence the architecture and infrastructure of tourism whispers its own story. The pipes that once supplied aquariums and waterslides now breath notes. The curtains of a once luxurious hotel dance in the ocean rhythm. These spectres of tourism are searched within the process of film production. The filmmakers make audible their casual conversations in which they search for meaning and imagine different lifeforms of the future. It might be relevant that a pandemic was sweeping through our world throughout the film’s production. Perhaps the film is a post-apocalyptic projection of their own remembered economic disasters. As a generation that experienced the false promises of progress and freedom, they also look into their own connections with the island of Capaluco: The collapse of the neo-liberal economy in Argentina and failed American dream to a Filipino immigrant.
